Mas o Mas doesn't mean "always more" in the sense of consumption. We're after a different kind of more:

More value from the resources we already have. More local transformation. More connections between producers, entrepreneurs, gastronomy and tourism.
JINBRA is our first project, not necessarily our last. Our scope is broader than that:
Starting from what the land can offer.
Transforming here, rather than exporting only raw material.
Creating perceived value higher than the sum of the ingredients.
Circulating that value between producers, distribution, gastronomy and tourism.
Testing new products, uses and formats.
Exploring how to make better use of materials and packaging.
Building in Panama first, before looking abroad.
We deliberately operate like a startup: test, measure, improve, and only then grow.
We don't industrialize before validating the market. We prefer small batches, real trials, honest feedback and constant improvement.
